About the event
What actually happens when you audition for a casting director—and how do you prepare so you can deliver every time?
This workshop is a focused, practical day with Carmen Kotyk and EFS instructors. We’ll cover what “prepared” really means, the common pitfalls young actors face in the room, and how to make choices that read on camera.
Scripts are emailed one week prior. The day ends with a screening of a few all-time EFS shorts and a Q&A. Parents are welcome to the closing Q&A block.
Who it’s for: actors 11–18. Intermediate Actor and above
Bring: water, snack, notebook, and whatever your script requires.
